KMPPN 100SUP is two chamber, three tank washing machine for very thorough washing and drying compact, complex shaped parts. Installed ultrasonic and double filtration systems ensures washing quality, air blow-off after each process and two separate working chambers reduces fluid mixing to minimum and double drying system – hot air/vacuum provide effective drying in short time. Elevators, buffer and inside the machine conveyors allows automatic work with high performance. Furthermore cooling unit is installed on unloading buffer to cool down the parts after process
